Energy Club is an independent platform for discussion of energy market major events, decisions’ elaboration, issuing of collected analytical materials and a basis for creation of energy community under the aegis of the Prize and Global Energy Foundation.

Energy Club goals:

• Attraction to cooperation on a constant noncommercial basis of some Russian and foreign experts in the field of energy, a policy and the finance for gathering and granting of objective information on prospects of development of power branch of the Russian Federation.
• Supervising of a new Foundation’s activity area, connected to development and implementing of energy-efficient and innovative technologies in Russia.

Activity areas:

1. Analytical activity

• Issuing of information analytical collections
• Weekly joint column of Fund & Energy Club representatives in leading analytical Internet media
• Participation of Energy Club members in professional round tables/conferences on behalf of Energy Club and the Foundation
• Carrying out of town meetings, round tables/conferences with attraction of Energyclub experts
• Formation of energy community within the scope of Energy Club.

2. Implementing and popularization of energy innovations.

Directions: alternative energy, energy-efficient technologies in the industry/building/household, energy efficiency, ecological measurement of energy, renewable energy sources (wind and solar energy) etc.

• Searching for successfully applied energy-efficient technologies in Russia
• Adaptation and popularization of Global Energy Prize Laureates’ and Energy of Youth Winners’ works:
  • Popularisation of scientific texts
  • Drawing up of a pool of the target media
  • Regular publications
  • Status participation in profile international and Russian events.
