Global Energy Non-commercial Partnership International energy program called «World Energy» has started in December 2009. It’s aimed at presenting the most important and large-scale projects of the world-wide energy to the public and energy sector experts. In 2010 Global Energy Foundation plans to publish the series of materials on implemented and developed projects in alternative energy area.

«World Energy» completely corresponds to urgent strategic aims of economy, industrial sector and population of Russia. Dmitry Medvedev, President of Russia and patron of Global Energy Prize, declared one of primary tasks the growth of energy efficiency, energy resources consumption standards and improvement of ecological situation in Russia: «It’s important that modern technology development would be accompanied by regulation revision in communal services and construction sector.»
